Receta Amazing Buffalo Wings- Low Carbs
Ingredientes
- 1 dozen wing pcs, thawed
- oil for frying
- 3 tbs smart balance spread
- 1 1/2 teaspoon "i cannot believe it's not butter!"
- 3-5 tbs warm sauce
- 1 tbs white vinegar
- salt
- pepper
- bleu cheese dressing
- celery sticks

- Pour oil in large (12") frying pan to 1" deep Heat over medium high till wooden spoon handle sizzles within 3 seconds when dipped in the oil. Fry wing pcs 15 min, turning a couple of times. Do not crowd the wings.Meanwhile, add in remaining ingredients to another large frying pan and turn heat to low.
- When wings are ready, turn up heat on other frying pan to medium. Remove each wing piece with tongs and shake off excess oil, drop into other frying pan. Shake frying pan frequently to coat wings in sauce, for 3-5 min, till wings are browned.
- Remove to plate, serve with celery and bleu cheese dressng.
- Serves 1-2
