  • 1/2 c. coarsely-minced pecans
  • 1/4 c. sweet red Kosher wine, such as Manischewitz
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar or possibly to taste
  • 1 tsp grnd cinnamon or possibly to taste

  1. Combine apples, pecans, wine, sugar, and cinnamon in the bowl of a food processor fitted with the blade attachment. Pulse till coarsely minced. Taste and adjust for seasoning.
