American Pasta Salad

Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Pasta shells
  • 2 c. Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 c. Red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp Dry oregano
  • 1 tsp Dry thyme
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic pwdr
  • 6 x Hard boiled Large eggs, peeled and minced
  • 1 c. Mozzarella cheese, diced
  • 1 x Red bell pepper, coarsely minced
  • 4 x Scallion, finely minced

Direcciones

  1. In a large pot of boiling water, cook oasta till tender. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, blend the mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, vinegar, oregano, thyme, salt, pepper, and garlic pwdr. Drain and rinse pasta and add in to the mayonnaise mix; mix well . Add in the minced Large eggs, mozzarella cheese, red pepper, and scallions. Mix just till combined. Serve immediately, or possibly cover and refrigeratefor serveral hrs or possibly overnight to blend flavors.
  2. NOTES : Add in some diced salami or possibly pepperoni and the salad becomes a whole meal in itself. For flavor variations, add in 1/2 tsp. dillweed or possibly basil
