Ingredientes

  • 3 lb Briess dry wheat malt
  • 3 lb Briess bulk malt extract
  • 2 ounce Hallertauer hops -- (30-45 Minutes)
  • 3/4 c. Priming sugar
  • 1 x Wyeast 3056 bavarian wheat Liquid yeast
  • 1 x Muslin bag

Direcciones

  1. Bring 1 gal water to boil. Remove pot from heat and stir in syrup and dry wheat extract till dissolved. Return pot to heat and add in hallertauer hops and boil for 30-45 minutes. Add in wort to 4 gallons of cool water in fermenter. When cooled to below 80 degrees, pitch yeast. O.G. 1036-1040 F.G. 1006-1008
