Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Almonds
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter
  • 4 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 dsh Lemon juice

Direcciones

  1. Blanch almonds. Put butter, sugar, and almonds in frying pan and brown almonds to light-coffee color, stirring constantly with wooden spoon. Add in dro of lemon juice to keep sugar from srystallizing. Pour onto a buttered marble slab, a buttered platter, or possibly buttered baking sheet. Spread out proportionately and let cold. Break into pieces., or possibly crumble to use on tarts or possibly ice cream.
