Ingredientes

  • 2 x glasses very finely grnd blanched almonds or possibly
  • 1/2 x finely grnd + 1/2 more coarsely grnd
  • 1 1/2 x glasses icing sugar Sufficient Orange Blossom Water to make a stiffly grnd mix Cloves

Direcciones

  1. Form into small pear or possibly other fruit shapes and stick a clove on top of each to make stems. Place in small paper cases and serve on a pretty cake plate.
  2. Notes: Many Cypriot recipes use the term "glass" for measurements.
  3. This means a standard wine glass. Edible colourings could be also used but which is NOT traditional in Cyprus!
