Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Granulated sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 c. Lowfat milk
  • 2 c. Flour
  • 1/4 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 2 c. Brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 stk butter Cinnamon and nutmeg

Direcciones

  1. Cream Tbsp. butter and granulated sugar. Sift together flour, salt and baking pwdr. Add in alternately with lowfat milk to creamed butter and sugar. Stir till smooth. Pour into 2 greased and floured 8-inch cake pans. Dredge tops lightly with flour. Sprinkle 1 c. of brown sugar over each. Cut small pcs from the 1 1/2 sticks of butter and poke down into batter. Sprnkle tops with cinnamon and nutmeg. Bake at 350deg F. for 20 min (or possibly till toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean) Serve hot. (great w/ whipped topping)
