Ingredientes

  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. Puritan oil
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 can (16 ounce) pumpkin
  • 3 1/2 c. flour
  • 2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cloves
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon allspice
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2/3 c. water
  • Minced nuts

Direcciones

  1. Mix sugar, oil and egg whites together. Add in pumpkin and remaining ingredients. Mix well. Bake in 2 (5 x 9 inch) tins at 350 degrees for 45 min or possibly till toothpick comes out clean.
