- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease two 9-by-5-inch loaf pans.
- In a large bowl, beat together the starter, Large eggs, oil, and vanilla. Add in flour, sugar, baking pwdr, cinnamon, baking soda and salt; blend. Mix in the nuts and apples; transfer batter to prepared loaf pans.
- Bake 50 min and remove from the oven. Allow loaves to cold in pans 10 min, then tip out onto a rack to finish cooling completely.
- Note: To make 24 muffins, spoon into greased muffin tins and bake for 25 to 30 min
