Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Amish starter room temperature
  • 3 lrg Large eggs
  • 3/4 c. Vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 c. All-purpose flour
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 5 1/8 ounce Instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 1/4 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Grnd cinnamon
  • 4 med Granny Smith apples Peeled minced
  • 1 c. Minced nuts optional
  • 1/2 c. Raisins seedless

  2. Grease 2 (8-1/2x4-1/2-inch) loaf pans. Preheat oven to 350 F. In a large mixing bowl, beat together starter, Large eggs, oil and vanilla. In a separate bowl or possibly Ziploc bag, combine flour, sugar, pudding mix, baking pwdr, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Stir into starter mix. Mix in apples, nuts and raisins. Transfer batter to prepared loaf pans. Bake in preheated oven for 40 to 50 min, or possibly till bread tests done. Allow bread to cold in pans 10 min. Remove loaves from pans and place on a wire rack to finish cooling. Wrap loaves in plastic wrap to keep bread moist, or possibly freeze individual slices and hot in microwave as needed. This bread tastes best the second day.
