Receta Ammani Kozhukattai
Ingredients:
- Raw Rice Flour - 100 gms
- Idli Milagai Podi - 2 tsp
- Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
- Asafoetida Powder - few
- Coconut - 4 tsp, grated
- Salt as per taste
Method:
1. Heat a pan of water over medium flame. For one portion of flour, add 1 portion of water.
2. Add salt and rice flour.
3. Stir well till it thickens.
4. Add mustard seeds, coconut, idli milagai powder and asafoetida powder.
5. Make small balls of the mixture and steam cook them.
6. This is useful when you run out of poornam for the kozhukattais.
