Ingredientes

  • 4 med. tomatoes
  • 1 can anchovy fillets
  • 1 T capers
  • 1 lemon
  • Pepper

Direcciones

  1. Slice tomatoes and arrange on a platter. Place anchovy fillets on top of tomatoes. Sprinkle capers over anchovies. Put together the oil from the anchovies with the juice of one lemon and pepper to taste. Pour over the tomatoes and anchovies. Yields 4 servings.
