Two phone calls and a few mails changed the entire perspective of my dream. And it was probably the first time ever that I truly appreciated these lines “Life is what happens to you while you’re busy making other plans.”
When I sit back and retrospect, I feel amazed by the pace at which life has moved forward since I planted the dream called Lite Bite. I really had no plans as to where my dream will take me to, I just loved chasing it.
Life is never easy for those who dream they say, I missed many golden moments of family fun, functions and precious sleep just to be in harmony with the on line world to sustain my dream.

%20%E2%80%9CMy%20wife%20does%20it%20and%20she%20does%20not%20have%20any%20professional%20qualification%20for%20the%20same.%20She%20does%20it%20for%20her%20passion%20for%20food,%20and%20if%20you%20still%20want%20her%20services%20you%20may%20contact%20her%20at%20%E2%80%A6.%E2%80%9D.was%20the%20frank%20reply%20from%20my%20hubby.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAnd%20to%20my%20surprise%20I%20received%20a%20mail%20from%20this%20Chennai%20based%20photographer%20Prem%20who%20asked%20me%20to%20send%20my%20portfolio%20for%20a%20restaurant%20shoot.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAnother%20day%20another%20call,%20this%20time%20it%20was%20a%20lady%20on%20the%20other%20side,%20she%20asked%20me%20to%20forward%20my%20portfolio%20and%20informed%20that%20she%20will%20revert%20back%20soon.%20Within%20minutes%20of%20sending%20the%20files%20of%20my%20pictures%20she%20called%20me%20%E2%80%9CThis%20is%20what%20I%20have%20been%20looking%20for,%20will%20you%20work%20for%20me,%20there%20is%20a%20photo%20shoot%20for%20a%20company%20next%20week?%E2%80%9D%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThere%20comes%20a%20time%20in%20life%20when%20you%20start%20walking%20beyond%20your%20dreams%E2%80%A6yes%20I%20did,%20and%20this%20is%20how%20it%20all%20happened%E2%80%A6%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EFood%20Styling%20for%20the%20First%20Company%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EProduct%20Food%20Styling;%20Met%20Deepa%20a%20few%20days%20before%20the%20shoot%20to%20discuss%20about%20the%20products%20and%20other%20aspects%20of%20the%20photo%20shoot.%20Had%20a%20wonderful%20time%20shooting%20for%20a%20company%20close%20to%20my%20heart,%20Brown%20Tree.%20The%20photo%20shoot%20happened%20in%20a%20professional%20studio%20and%20we%20shot%20close%20to%2025%20plus%20products%20in%20a%20single%20day.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20was%20totally%20amazed%20by%20the%20energy%20levels,%20professionalism%20and%20dedication%20of%20this%20lovely%20photographer%20%E2%80%98Deepa%E2%80%99.%20The%20shoot%20was%20a%20bit%20hectic%20and%20I%20could%20not%20manage%20to%20get%20candid%20shots%20of%20the%20proceedings%20that%20day.%20The%20only%20picture%20I%20took%20was%20the%20one%20above%20and%20then%20my%20camera%20slept%20till%20we%20finished%20the%20entire%20shoot%20and%20packed%20for%20the%20day.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EHere%20are%20a%20few%20pictures%20styled%20by%20me%20and%20clicked%20by%20Deepa%20for%20Brown%20Tree.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPicture%20courtesy%20Deepa%20and%20Brown%20Tree%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPicture%20courtesy%20Deepa%20and%20Brown%20Tree%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EHere%20is%20the%20page%20on%20Brown%20Tree%20with%20more%20of%20Styling%20done%20by%20me%20and%20clicked%20by%20Deepa.%20And%20now%20a%20little%20about%20my%20other%20venture,%20styling%20project%20done%20for%20a%20vegetarian%20restaurant.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ERestaurant%20Food%20Styling;%20The%20next%20food%20styling%20preject%20was%20a%20restaurant%20shoot,%20a%20vegetarian%20restaurant%20called%20Two%20Square.%20I%20was%20called%20for%20food%20tasting%20by%20the%20client%20in%20their%20restaurant.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAnd%20then%20the%20show%20started,%20we%20were%20presented%20with%20steamy%20hot%20food%20in%20succession.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMy..my%20never%20had%20so%20much%20of%20food%20in%20a%20single%20sitting%20before..in%20the%20end%20I%20was%20like,%20please%20leave%20me,%20the%20food%20looks%20great%20and%20am%20sure%20tastes%20good%20as%20well%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EFew%20signature%20dishes%20were%20selected%20for%20the%20photo%20shoot.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBack%20at%20home%20I%20did%20my%20homework%20and%20segregated%20the%20props,%20boards,%20colorful%20napkins%20and%20other%20useful%20nick-knacks%20from%20my%20treasure%20which%20I%20thought%20would%20go%20well%20with%20the%20theme%20of%20the%20photo%20shoot.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EA%20cab%20was%20arranged%20by%20the%20client%20for%20the%20shoot.%20Prem%20reached%20much%20before%20me%20and%20and%20was%20ready%20with%20the%20lightnings%20and%20other%20set%20up.%20We%20asked%20chef%20to%20prepare%20dishes%20according%20to%20the%20shoot%20with%20a%20few%20instructions%20to%20make%20the%20food%20look%20good%20on%20camera.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EOne%20by%20one%20coked%20dishes%20were%20presented%20before%20us%20and%20I%20was%20ready%20with%20the%20props%20to%20set%20up%20the%20shoot.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EOwner%20and%20the%20chefs%20kept%20pampering%20us%20with%20fresh%20fruit%20juices%20and%20snacks%20every%20now%20and%20then.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThe%20cheesy%20baked%20whole%20cauliflower%20tasted%20so%20yum%20but%20was%20the%20hardest%20to%20shoot..we%20tried%20all%20angles%20and%20tricks%20to%20make%20it%20look%20as%20appetizing%20as%20it%20taste.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAmerican%20style%20corn%E2%80%A6I%20could%20eat%20that%20whole%20bowl%20all%20by%20myself%E2%80%A6%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EVegetable%20Biryani%20was%20flavorful%20and%20scrumptious.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ELove%20the%20color%20and%20crunchy%20veggies%20in%20this%20recipe%E2%80%A6%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EYes,%20we%20had%20our%20share%20of%20fun%20as%20well%E2%80%A6%20Prem%20with%20the%20deadly%20weapon.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESome%20of%20the%20spices%20and%20ingredients%20used%20during%20the%20shoot.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EA
