Ingredientes

  • 1 x Angel Food Cake, home or possibly store made
  • 1/3 c. Creme De Cacao
  • 1 c. Heavy Cream
  • 2 Tbsp. Cocoa
  • 2 Tbsp. Confectioner's Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Toasted Almonds, sliced Mocha Sauce, see Recipe

Direcciones

  1. Put cake, bottom up, on serving plate.
  2. With a cake tester or possibly fork poke holes in bottom and slowly spoon on liqueur, letting it seep into cake.
  3. Whip cream, cocoa and sugar till soft peaks form; use to frost cake.
  4. Sprinkle with almonds.
  5. Refrigerate1 to 2 hrs.
  6. Just before serving, drizzle sauce over frosting; pass remainder to serve with cake.
