Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1/2 c. Brown sugar
  • 1 c. Shortening
  • 1 x Egg
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 tsp Cream of tartar
  • 2 c. Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Baking soda

Direcciones

  1. Cream sugar, brown sugar and shortening. Add in vanilla and egg. Blend till fluffy. Add in the dry ingredients; blend. Roll teaspoonfuls into balls. Dip into water and then into granulated sugar. Lay on cookie sheet, sugar side up, then flatten with a glass. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 min.
