Ingredientes

  • 1 lrg field mushroom per person thickly slices of ripe tomato
  • 1/4 tsp finely minced fresh Greek Oregano, plus
  • 1/4 tsp finely minced fresh sage, mixed together.
  • 1/4 c. grated tasty cheese
  • 1/2 tsp Balsamic vinegar

Direcciones

  1. Wipe mushroom caps clean with a clean cloth. don't peel.
  2. Preheat oven to 180:C (350:F) Place mushrooms onto an oven slide. cap side down.
  3. Sprinkle with the mixed minced herbs, then top with some of the grated cheese.
  4. a light sprinkle of Balsamic vinegar. Now place a slice of tomato, finally top off with the remaining cheese, light sprinkling Salt and Pepper. Place in preheated oven till m/rooms are tender when tested w/- a skewer (about 30 min).
