Ingredientes
2 c. plain flour + 1 teaspoon soda
2 c. sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
5 egg yolks
5 egg whites, stiffly beaten
1 stick butter
1/2 c. Wesson oil
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. coconut
1 c. minced nuts
16 ounce cream cheese
1 stick butter
2 boxes powdered sugar
Just sufficient lowfat milk to spread
2 teaspoon vanilla
1 c. minced pecans
1/2 - 3/4 c. coconut (opt.)
Direcciones
Mix all ingredients, then mix in egg whites. Blend well. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 min. NOTE: If using self rising flour, omit soda.
