Ingredientes

  • 2 c. plain flour + 1 teaspoon soda
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 5 egg yolks
  • 5 egg whites, stiffly beaten
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 c. Wesson oil
  • 1 c. buttermilk
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 1 c. minced nuts
  • 16 ounce cream cheese
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 boxes powdered sugar
  • Just sufficient lowfat milk to spread
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 c. minced pecans
  • 1/2 - 3/4 c. coconut (opt.)

Direcciones

  1. Mix all ingredients, then mix in egg whites. Blend well. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 min. NOTE: If using self rising flour, omit soda.
