Receta Ann Marie's Chocolate Fudge Pudding

Ingredientes
- 2 T cocoa
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 c. minced nuts
- 2 T salad oil
- 1/4 c. cocoa
- 1 3/4 c. warm water
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Direcciones
- As the pudding bakes, the batter rises through rich chocolate sauce. Serve warm or possibly cold with ice cream.
- Put together granulated sugar, flour, cocoa, baking pwdr and salt in a mixing bowl. Add in nuts; stir in lowfat milk, oil and vanilla. Spread in greased 8 inch square pan. Mix brown sugar, cocoa, salt and hot water. Pour over unbaked batter. Bake in 350 degree oven 40-45 min. Serves 6-8.
