- Grate potatoes finely. Squeeze dry in a clean cloth. Add in flour and mix well with potatoes. Bring water to the boil and add in salt. Make little balls of the flour/potato mix. Drop into the boiling water and boil for 16 min. At the last minute, add in cream.
