Ingredientes

  • 2 x Lemons
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1 pt Lowfat milk
  • 1 sm Cart creme fraiche Butter Caster sugar Self raising flour

Direcciones

  1. Beat the sugar and butter with lemon rind. Beat in 2 yolks, one at a time. Mix in the flour, alternating with the lowfat milk and lemon juice.
  2. Whisk in the egg whites, mix in - the mix may look curdled.
  3. Bake in 1/2 pint pie dish or possibly buttered ramekin dishes Bake at 180C for about 40-45 min.
  4. Serve warm or possibly cool with creme fraiche.
