  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic, mminced
  • 1/2 cup scallions, chopped, white and green parts
  • 2 tbs. sweet pickle relish
  • 2 tbs. stuffed Manzanilla olives
  • 2 tbs. lemon juice
  • optional: minced jalapenos to taste
