Ingredientes

  • 1 c. regular oats
  • 1 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 c. packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. coconut sweetened, shredded
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 c. stick margarine melted
  • 3 Tbsp. water
  • 2 Tbsp. cane syrup golden brown or possibly light cooking spray

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 325 deg F. Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl; stir well. Add in margarine, water, and syrup; stir well. Drop by level Tbsp., 2 inches apart, onto baking sheets coated with cooking spray.
  2. Bake at 325 deg F for 12 min or possibly till almost set. Remove from oven; let stand 2-3 min or possibly till hard. Remove cookies from baking sheets.
  3. Place on wire racks; let cold completely.
