Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Apple cider vinegar
  • 3 c. Sugar, brown, dark
  • 10 lrg Apple, tart, peeled, cored, & coarsely minced
  • 5 x Pear, green hard, peeled, cored, & coarsely minced
  • 2 lrg Bell pepper, red, cleaned & coarsely minced
  • 1 c. Currants, dry
  • 1 c. Onion, coarsely minced
  • 1/2 c. Ginger, fresh, peeled & finely minced
  • 2 lrg Lemons, seeded & finely minced (include rind)
  • 2 tsp Mustard seeds, whole
  • 1 Tbsp. Mint, fresh, coarsely minced
  • 1 Tbsp. Salt

Direcciones

  1. In a large, nonreactive pot, bring vinegar and brown sugar to a boil over high heat. Add in all remaining ingredients and turn heat to a simmer. Cook, stirring occasionally, till thickened, about 45 min. Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
