Ingredientes

2 pkt (8oz) cream cheese
2/3 c. Mccutcheon's apple butter or possibly any mccutcheon's fruit butter

2 x Large eggs
1 x Graham cracker crust

Direcciones

Blend softened cream cheese and apple butter till smooth. Add in Large eggs and blend well. Pour mix into crust and bake at 350 F for 40 min. Cold completely. Spread top with a thin layer of apple butter. If you like serve with whipped topping and minced walnuts.
