Ingredientes

  • 6 c. diced or possibly sliced apples
  • 1 3/4 c. sugar
  • 5 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. raw oatmeal
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/3 c. shortening
  • 1/3 c. butter or possibly margarine

Direcciones

  1. Mix first 4 items together. Put into greased 9" x 13" baking dish. Mix last 5 items together and sprinkle over the apple mix. (I like it kind of lumpy) Bake at 375 degrees for 40 to 45 min. Till nice and brown.
  2. Rhubarb may be substituted for apples and adding 1/4 c. more sugar and omitting the cinnamon.
