Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Pumpkin, canned
  • 3 x Large eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 c. Apple butter
  • 1 can Lowfat milk, evaporated, 5 1/2 ounce.
  • 3/4 c. Brown sugar, packed
  • 1/3 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 x 9" Pastry shell
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon

Direcciones

  1. Thoroughly combine pumpkin, apple butter, brown sugar, salt and cinnamon.
  2. Blend in Large eggs, evaporated lowfat milk and lowfat milk. Turn into unbaked pastry shell.
  3. Bake in 400' oven for 45-50 min or possibly till knife inserted just off-center comes out clean. Cold and serve with "Cold Whip" or possibly ice cream.
