Receta Apple Butter Scones

Ingredientes
- 2 1/2 c. All-purpose flour
- 1/4 c. Sugar
- 2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1/4 c. Butter or possibly margarine
- 1/2 c. Raisins
- 1 c. Apple butter
- 1 x Egg, slightly beaten Vegetable cooking spray Additional apple butter, for accompaniment
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 425 F. In a large bowl combine flour, sugar, baking pwdr and baking soda. Cut in butter or possibly margarine with pastry cutter or possibly fork till mix resembles coarse crumbs. Add in raisins. In a separate bowl combine apple butter and egg. Add in flour mix, stirring just till dry ingredients are moistened. Spray 2 1/2 inch muffin tins with vegetable cooking spray. Fill almost full with batter. Bake at 425 F for 14 to 16 min or possibly till lightly browned. Cold slightly. Serve hot with additional apple butter.
