  • 2 lrg egg whites
  • 2/3 c. plus 2 Tbsp. nonfat buttermilk
  • 1/2 c. unsweetened unseasoned apple butter
  • 1/2 c. packed dark brown sugar
  • 1/3 c. maple syrup
