Ingredientes

  • 1 crusty pastry
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 T all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 green apples, peeled, cored and sliced
  • 1 c. grated Swiss cheese (4 ounce)
  • 1 c. grated Monterey Jack (4 ounce)
  • 8 ounce link breakfast sausage, cooked and thinly sliced

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Put together mayonnaise, lowfat milk, flour and large eggs in bowl. Stir in apples, cheeses and sausage. Pour the ingredients into partially baked shell and arrange sausage pcs and apples. Bake 60 min or possibly till top is nicely browned. Cool in pan for 10 min before serving.
