Ingredientes

  • 1 x 8 ounce. pkg. cream cheese Softened
  • 4 ounce 1 c. shredded cheddar Cheese
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • 3/4 c. Finely minced dry apples
  • 1/3 c. Finely minced nuts
  • 1 x Bay leaf
  • 1 x Cinnamon stick, halved

Direcciones

  1. Directions;
  2. In larage bowl, beat cream cheese, cheddar cheese and cinnamon till well blended. Stir in dry apples. Shape mix into ball; roll in nuts. Inssert bay leaf and cinnamon stick on top to resemble stem and leaf of apple. Chill until hard.
  3. Can be stored in refrigerator up to 2 weeks.
