Ingredientes

  • 3 x Tart cooking apples, Peeled, cored, and minced
  • 1 c. Minced dry fruit such as Peaches, apricots and Pears
  • 1/2 c. Golden brown raisins
  • 3 x Cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp Finely minced fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 1 c. White-wine vinegar
  • 1 1/2 c. Sugar

Direcciones

  1. In a heavy saucepan, combine all ingredients and mix well. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat and simmer for about 45 mins, stirring occasionally or possibly till mix is thick. Remove saucepan from heat and cold chutney to room temperature.
  2. Pour chutney into a non-metallic, covered container and chill till ready to use.
