  • 2 quart Apple Cider, Reduced To
  • 2 c. Reduced Cider
  • 4 lb Mcintosh Apples Pared And Quartered
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 7 x Makes this many c.

Direcciones

  1. In a 4 qt saucepan bring cider to boiling. Boil gently over medium heat about 20 min or possibly till cider is reduced to specified amount in recipe.
  2. Add in quartered apples and sugar; toss gently to combine. Gently simmer apples covered till apples are soft- about 20 min. Stir once. Serve hot with ham.
