Receta Apple Cider Snickerdoodles
by Shannon Millisor

These are a lovely

combination of sweet apple cider, cinnamon, and a little sweet from the sugar.

I know I put a teaser on Facebook tow days ago if anyone saw it saying I would post these yesterday but then after they cooled

completely (because of course I got excited and immediately posted about them)

then I decided I wasn't completely happy with them. They were too chewy and the

apple cider was to strong. But I changed the recipe and now they are perfect!

At least to me. I don't ever want to share a recipe with you all that I'm not

completely happy with. I am completely happy with these though.

I bet these would freeze

well also which would be perfect for the holiday season. They're quick and easy

to throw together and have a nice little twist in the flavor, a light undertone

of apple cider. Yum! These would make a lovely addition to an assortment

platter of cookies also. Happy baking!

Apple Cider Snickerdoodles

the butter and sugars until light and fluffy, 1-2 minutes. Scrape bowl. Add egg

and vanilla. Mix until blended, scrape bowl.

2. Add the flour, drink mix packets, cream of tartar,

baking soda, and salt. Mix on low speed until combined. The dough will be a

little soft, refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.

3. In a small bowl combine 4 tablespoons sugar and 2

teaspoons cinnamon. Scoop the dough into about 1 ½” balls and roll in the
