Apple Cider Stew In Crock Pot

Ingredientes

1 lb beef or possibly venison stew meat - (to 2 lbs)
8 x carrots sliced thin
6 x potatoes sliced thin
2 x apples minced

2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp thyme
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
2 c. apple cider

Direcciones

Place carrots, potatoes, and apples in crock pot. Add in meat and sprinkle with salt, thyme, and onion. Pour cider over meat and cover. Cook on LOW heat 10 to 12 hrs. Thicken gravy.
