Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 c. Rolled oats
  • 1 Tbsp. Grnd cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1 x Egg equivilent EnerG
  • 1/2 c. Soy lowfat milk
  • 1/4 c. Apple juice concentrate
  • 1/4 c. Maple syrup
  • 1/4 c. Raisins or possibly craisins
  • 1 1/4 c. Minced peeled apples, about

Direcciones

  1. Soak the raisins in the apple juice concentrate for 30 min. Spray 8" square pan with vegetable spray (or possibly use non stick pan)
  2. Stir together dry ingredients. Add in apples and toss to coat. Stir together all wet ingredients. Pour wet stuff into the dry, fold together just to proportionately moisten the dry ingredients. Spread this thick batter into the prepared 8" pan, bake at 350 degrees F for 20 min.
