Ingredientes

  • 3 c. all-purpose flour
  • 3 tsp baking pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 1 c. vegetable oil
  • 1/4 c. orange juice
  • 2 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 c. minced walnuts
  • 2 c. apple peeled, cored and minced
  • 1 c. HersheyOs Cinnamon Chips confectioners' sugar for dusting

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour a 10 inch Bundt pan. Sift together the flour, baking pwdr and salt. Set aside. In a large bowl, combine sugar, Large eggs, oil, orange juice and vanilla. Beat on high speed of an electric mixer till blended. Beat in flour mix. Mix in minced walnuts. Pour 1/3 of batter into prepared pan. Mix together minced apples and cinnamon chips, and sprinkle 1/2 of mix over batter in pan. Repeat layers, ending with batter.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 55 to 60 min, or possibly till a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Let cold in pan for 10 min, then turn out onto a wire rack and cold completely. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar before serving.
