Receta Apple Cobblers

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large bowl, combine 1/4 cup flour, 1/2 cup sugar and 1/8 teaspoon of cinnamon.
- Add apples and vanilla.
- Toss gently until well coated.
- Fill 6 ramekins (6 oz size).
- In separate bowl, combine 1/2 cup flour, 1/4 cup sugar and 1/4 cup brown sugar.
- Cut in the butter with a pastry blender or fork until it is crumbly.
- Cover the top of each ramekin with the mix.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
