Ingredientes

  • 3 x -(up to)
  • 4 x Tart apples
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 c. Sugar
  • 1 x Egg
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 c. Bisquick
  • 1 Tbsp. Margarine
  • 1/2 c. Shredded coconut
  • 1/2 c. Sugar

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Slice peeled apples into a shallow 8 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with the 1/4 c. sugar and cinnamon combined. Place in warm oven. Meanwhile beat egg, add in sugar, then vanilla. Stir in Bisquick, then melted marg and coconut. Spread over warm apples and bake 25-30 min till apples are tender and topping is nicely browned. I double this recipe. It's also good with fresh peaches.
