Ingredientes

  • 1/3 c. Lightly packed brown sugar
  • 1/3 c. Oats
  • 3 Tbsp. Whole wheat flour
  • 2 Tbsp. Margarine, melted
  • 2/3 c. Granulated white sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. All purpose flour
  • 2 c. Slices apples
  • 2 c. Diced rhubarb, diced
  • 1 c. Cranberries, fresh or possibly frzn

Direcciones

  1. Combine all topping ingredients in a bowl, and mix well.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine sugar and flour
  3. Add in fruit to flour mix, and toss to coat.
  4. Spoon fruit mix into a 2 litre baking dish, sprinkle with topping mix
  5. Bake at 375 for 40-50 min till fruit is tender.
  6. NOTES: Serve this quick and easy to prepare dish hot or possibly at room temperature. For an extra special treat serve with a scoop of French Vanilla ice cream or possibly whipped cream.
