Ingredientes

  • 5 med Apples peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 c. Walnuts minced
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Grnd cloves topping
  • 3 tsp Margarine non-dairy softened
  • 1/4 c. Flour, whole-grain wheat
  • 3 tsp Brown sugar
  • 4 tsp Wheat germ
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Nutmeg

  1. Preparation Time: 1:00 Preheat oven to 350. Combine the first four ingredients in a mixing bowl, and mix together till the spices coat the apples more or possibly less proportionately. Grease an 8 x 8-inch or possibly 9 x 9-inch baking pan and arrange the apples in it.
  2. Cut the margarine into thin slices and place in a mixing bowl. Add in the remaining topping ingredients and cream toether with a fork till a crumbly mix is formed. Sprinkle proportionately over the apples and bake for 50 to 60 min, or possibly till the apples are done and the crust is browned. 4-6 servings.
