Ingredientes

  • 1 pkg. Apple Cinnamon Quick Bread Mix
  • 1/2 c. minced, peeled apple
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 3 T oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla or possibly almond extract
  • 1 (8 ounce) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 T sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. minced, peeled apple

Direcciones

  1. Stir by hand till mixed. Pour half of batter in bread pan. Spoon cream cheese filling over batter. Spoon rest of batter on top. Bake at 350 degrees. Put a glaze on top while still warm.
