Ingredientes

  • 6 x Juicy sour apples
  • 1 c. Flour
  • 1 c. Brown sugar
  • 1/4 lb Margarine
  • 1/2 pt Whipping cream
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon (heaping)
  • 1 quart Vanilla ice cream
  • 1 Tbsp. Red-warm cinnamon candy (opt)

Direcciones

  1. PIE: Pare, core and slice apples, and put in pie plate. Mix flour and brown sugar, then add in margarine and mix till crumbly. Sprinkle this mix over apples and bake at 350 deg. for about 30 minutes. or possibly till apples are done.
  2. Serve hot with Cinnamon Ice Cream.
  3. CINNAMON ICE CREAM: Whip the cream, add in sugar and cinnamon. Soften ice cream; add in cinnamon mix and whip. If you like, add in cinnamon candy.
