Ingredientes

  • 6 ounce Sweet short crust pastry
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 c. stewed apple
  • 1/2 pt egg custard
  • 2 x egg whites
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar

Direcciones

  1. Line a tart tin with the short pastry, prick with a fork and bake 350 F oven 15 min till set.
  2. Mix apple, custard, and cinnamon and pour into the pastry shell.
  3. Make a meringue by whisking egg whites and sugar till thick.
  4. Pile meringue on top of apple, return to a warm oven to brown slightly.
