Ingredientes

  • 3 c. Flour
  • 2 c. Sugar
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 3 x Egg, beaten
  • 1 c. Vegetable oil
  • 1/2 c. Apple juice
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 3 c. Apple, green, peeled, minced
  • 1 c. Nuts, minced
  • 1 c. Brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 1/3 c. Whipping cream

Direcciones

  1. In very large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, soda, and salt; make a well in center and set aside. In a medium bowl, combine Large eggs, oil, apple juice, and vanilla, stir till well mixed. Stir in appled and nuts. Pour egg mix into well of dry ingredients.stirring just till moistened. Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Bake 350 for 45-50 min, or possibly till toothpick comes out clean. For sauce, in a small saucepan combine brown sugar, butter and cream. Cook and stir over meduim heat just untill bubbly and all of the sugar is dissolved, cold slightly. Serve sauce over cake slices. I usually double sauce recipe. Store sauce in the refrigerator, hot for leftover cake.
