Ingredientes

  • 1/4 c. Shortening
  • 1 tsp Soda
  • 2/3 c. Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 2 c. Raw apples, grated
  • 2 c. All purpose flour
  • 1/2 c. Nuts, minced
  • 1 tsp Baking pwdr

Direcciones

  1. Beat shortening, sugar and Large eggs together till light and fluffy. Sift dry ingredients together; add in alternately with grated apples. Add in nuts. The batter will be stiff. Turn into greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 350 for about 1 hour.
