Apple Filled Squash

Ingredientes

  • 3 Acorn Squash
  • 2 T. Butter, melted
  • 1 Can Apple Pie slices (1 Lb. can)
  • ¾ C. Brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 t. Lemon Juice
  • ¼ t. Ginger
  • 3 T. Butter
  • Salt
  • Cinnamon

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cut squash in half lengthwise and remove seeds. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with a little salt. Place cut-side down in baking dish. Bake for 35 minutes.
  3. Combine the remaining ingredients (except 3 tablespoons butter), and fill squash. Dot with butter and bake for 25 minutes more. Sprinkle with cinnamon before serving.
