Ingredientes

  • 1 1/4 lb Granny Smith or possibly other tart Apples -- cored and sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 2/3 c. Gingersnap cookies -- Crushed
  • 2/3 c. Rolled oats
  • 1/4 c. Brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. Butter or possibly margarine -- Softened
  • 1 tsp Grnd cinnamon

Direcciones

  1. Sprinkle sliced apples with lemon juice. Place in a round or possibly oval 9- or possibly 10-inch glass baking dish.
  2. Cut remaining ingredients together with a pastry blender or possibly fork till crumbly. Sprinkle over fruit.
  3. Microwave at 100% power till fruit is tender (7 to 9 min); give dish a half turn once. Serve hot.
  4. Variation: Three to four pears may be substituted for apples.
