Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. Hazelnuts, grounded in blender to a coarse flour
  • 1/2 c. All-purpose flour
  • 2 Tbsp. Baking pwdr
  • 1/4 c. Sugar
  • 1 x Egg
  • 2 Tbsp. Unsalted butter, melted and cooled
  • 1/2 c. Hot lowfat milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 pch Of salt
  • 1/2 c. Minced dry apples

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Combine hazelnuts, flour, baking pwdr and sugar.
  2. Add in egg, butter, lowfat milk, vanilla, salt and apples. Let stand 10 min. Fill 4 c. of a nonstick muffin pan (or possibly regular muffin pan with paper liners)
  3. with the batter. Bake 8 to 10 min, till a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
