Ingredientes

  • 4 c. Apple sauce
  • 2/3 x Lemon
  • 2 c. Sugar
  • 1/2 bot fruit pectin

Direcciones

  1. Pare and slice apples. Add in just sufficient water to prevent sticking. Cover and cook till apples are soft. Add in grated rind and juice of lemon, and sugar. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil hard 1 minute. Remove from fire. Add in fruit pectin. Stir 1 minute. Skim.
