Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. Sifted flour
  • 1 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
  • 2/3 c. Packed brown sugar
  • 1 c. Quick oatmeal
  • 1 c. Minced nuts
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1/4 c. Melted margarine,cooled
  • 2 x Apples,cored,coasely shred

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Lightly grease and flour loaf pan. Sift flour, baking pwdr, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg in large bowl. Stir in brown sugar, oatmeal, and nuts.. Mix Large eggs, lowfat milk and butter in small bowl, add in all at once to oatmeal mix, add in apples, stir lightly with fork till liquid is absorbed into mix and it is completely moistened.
  2. Spoon into prepared pan. Bake for 1 hour and 5 min. Cold in pan on wire rack 10 min. Loosen edges with knife, turn out onto rack. Cold completely. Wrap, store overnight.
